Technical Team:R&D Innovation Core for Integrating Internet of Things and Water Fertilizers in Deep Farming

 

Our main functions

 

Focus on the automatic control system of the Internet of Things in agriculture, intelligent research and development of core water fertilizer integration technologies, focusing on the breakthrough of three main directions: first, high-precision Internet of Things sensor technology, design and development of soil that can withstand low temperature (- 30°C) in Russia, nutrient sensor, data error rate less than 3%; Second, the intelligent water fertilizer control algorithm is optimized to achieve automatic adjustment of water ratio fertilizers according to the crop growth cycle, soil data, the water and fertilizer saving rate reaches more than 30%; Thirdly, upgrading system compatibility to ensure that IoT platforms can connect with local Russian agricultural management software and exchange data.

 

Conducting research and development on technology adaptation for Russia's complex agricultural environment, such as adapting to permafrost farming, optimizing the installation structure of IoT equipment; To meet the needs of large-scale farming, develop IoT gateways that support thousand-acre agricultural land coverage, and one gateway can connect to 200+ sensor, reducing deployment costs.

 

Responsible for transforming technological advances and protecting intellectual property, has currently obtained 15 patents in the field of Internet of Things and smart fertilizers in agriculture, led the development of two technical standards for enterprise-grade smart agricultural systems, and provided technical training to engineering teams to ensure the landing of core technical specifications.

Strong Research and Development Strength:The core members are from the field of agricultural engineering, Internet of Things technology, including five PhDs and a number of experts who have worked in the Chinese Academy of Sciences, agricultural colleges and universities, have more than 10 years of research and development experience in smart agriculture, the leading intelligent integrated fertilizer system has received the Agricultural Science and Technology Achievement Award in China.

 

High scenario adaptability:The developed Internet of Things systems in agriculture have completed field tests in Russia, the equipment operates stably in low temperature conditions for more than 180 days; The intelligent water fertilizer system in Russian farms allows increasing the yield of wheat by 15%, sugar beets by 2 percentage points, the effect is highly recognized by customers.

 

Close coordination between production, research and development:Together with the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the China-Russia Joint Laboratory of Intelligent Agriculture was established, under which joint research and development was carried out on cold-resistant technology of the Internet of Things in agriculture and the demand model of water fertilizers for cold-weather crops, to speed up the planting of technological advances.
