1.Centrifugal filters are commonly used for the primary treatment of groundwater and surface water with a high sand content, and are often used as primary water filtration in micro-drip irrigation systems. The operating principle of the centrifugal filter is based on the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotational flow of water, which separates grains of sand and other heavy impurities from the water, there is no filter mesh or dismountable parts inside, which ensures convenient maintenance.
2.Separation ability: can effectively separate coarse sand particles with a size of ≥50 microns, optimally suited for treating water sources with a sand content of 50-500 g/m³, can remove 70%-90% of coarse sand, greatly reducing the wear of the filter material of subsequent filters.
3.Flow Adaptation: The treatment flow range of one device is 5-50m³/h, supports parallel use of multiple devices, the maximum output can reach 300m³/h, meeting the irrigation flow needs of both small gardens of 5-10 mu and large fields of more than 1000 mu.
4.Pressure requirements: rated working pressure 0.2-1.2MPa, minimum starting pressure only 0.15MPa, compatible with the pressure range of most agricultural irrigation pumps, can stably produce centrifugal force for separation without the need for additional pressure boosting equipment.
