1.Premix fertilizer is an advanced agricultural equipment that combines precise measurement, intelligent control, efficient mixing and uniform spraying. It is designed to meet the needs of modern agriculture for integrated fertilizer technologies and can mix fertilizers (combined fertilizers that have been mixed in a formula) with irrigation water in precise proportions and deliver them directly to the roots of crops.
2.Fertilizer suction/application: A system for stable suction of mother or dissolved solid fertilizer from the fertilizer drum using high-performance pumps (e.g. centrifugal pumps) and venturi suction units, fertilizer injection pumps or proportional fertilizer injection pumps.
3.Mixing: Fertilizers and irrigation water are mixed completely and evenly in the mixing tank or pipeline to form fertilizer at the appropriate concentration.
4.Intelligent control: Intelligent controller (PLC or dedicated computer) as the brain, according to user-set fertilizer concentration (EC value), acid-base (pH) and irrigation, monitoring and automatically adjusting fertilizer suction in real time to ensure accurate fertilizer ratio.
5.Irrigation fertilizer: The prepared fat solution is delivered directly and evenly to each crop through an irrigation system (drip irrigation, irrigation, micro-spray).
6.Application scenario: Widely used in field crops, gardens, greenhouses, garden landscaping and other planting fields.
