1.Working principle: RFID + metrology control, realize self-service irrigation
RF card irrigation metering and control device uses RF card (IC card/ID card) as the storage medium, integrates flow meter, controller, solenoid valve, display and other main components, through the closed loop of "credit card identification - water supply metering - flow deduction" to achieve self-service irrigation management, the basic operating logic is as follows:
2.Card license: The user must first replenish the RF card at the agricultural park administration (fee for pre-stored water), the management system will record the user's information, replenishment amount, water unit cost and other data into the card to complete the permit;
3.Credit card triggering: the user will be authorized RF card close to the controller's reading area, the device will automatically recognize the card information, after checking the passage, open the built-in solenoid valve, at the same time trigger the flow meter to start measuring water consumption;
4.Metering fee: In the irrigation process, the flow meter collects the amount of water in real time (unit: cubic meter), the controller automatically calculates the water fee based on the set water unit price (such as 3 yuan/cubic meter) and subtracts it from the card balance in real time;
5.Stop control: After the user has completed irrigation, the re-brush can close the solenoid valve, stop the water supply; If the card balance is insufficient (if the remaining amount is only enough to irrigate for 10 minutes), the device will give a sound and light alarm in advance, and the balance will automatically stop when exhausted to avoid water debt;
6.Data logging: the device automatically stores data on time, water consumption, the amount of withholding fee for each irrigation, the user can view the card balance through the display, this is water consumption, the administration can also read the equipment data using a special reading device for statistics and water analysis.
