1.Operating principle: frequency modulation, water supply on demand
2.Demand Sensing: Frequency converters can be connected to soil moisture sensor, pipe network pressure sensor, liquid level sensor and other equipment to collect real-time data on the actual needs of the irrigation system (for example, water flow determined by soil water demand, pipe network pressure threshold, basin water level);
3.Frequency regulation: The frequency converter controller automatically adjusts the output frequency based on the collected data when the irrigation demand is large (such as drought in the soil requires large water flow), the frequency increases to 50Hz (rated frequency), the pump rotation speed increases, the water flow and pressure increase; When demand decreases (for example, partial closure of an irrigation zone, soil moisture standard is reached), frequency decreases (can be up to 10 Hz), pump rotation speed decreases, flow and pressure synchronization decreases;
4.Stable output: Through closed-loop control logic, the converter cabinet monitors the pressure and flow of the pipeline network in real time, if pressure fluctuations occur (for example, the simultaneous opening of several sets of solenoid valves causes the pressure to drop sharply), the frequency will be quickly adjusted to ensure that the water pressure is stabilized within a given range, to avoid unstable pressure affecting the irrigation effect or causing energy waste.
