Greenhouse IoT control cabinet with IoT gateway as the core, integrated data acquisition module, equipment control module, communication module, human-machine interaction module and power management module, forms a closed-loop control system of perception - analysis - decision making - execution, the specific architecture is as follows:
Data acquisition module:Collect real-time environmental and soil data in the greenhouse (such as 25% soil moisture, 28°C air, 8000Lux light intensity) using devices such as soil moisture sensor, air temperature and humidity sensor, light sensor, CO2B sensor, soil EC/PH sensor, data collection frequency can be customized (1 - 60 minutes/time);
2.Communication module: support 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, LoRa and other communication methods, can upload collected data to the cloud management platform, receiving control instructions issued by the platform, to achieve local + remote dual control;
3.Equipment control module: built-in relay, frequency converter interface, which can be directly connected to the irrigation solenoid valve in the greenhouse, combination fertilizer machine, curtain, fan, lighting lamp, CO2b generator and other equipment, according to the preset logic or platform instructions to control the starting and stopping parameters of the equipment;
Human-machine interaction module:Equipped with a 7 - 10 - inch touch display, which displays real-time data about the greenhouse environment, equipment operating status, supports local manual control (such as emergency irrigation, fan speed adjustment), adapts to the needs of farmers in local emergency management;
Power management module:Support AC 220V, built-in redundant power interface (can be combined with UPS or solar panels), to ensure the normal operation of basic data collection and communication functions when there is a power outage and avoid data loss.
